Abstract: HB 47 provides guidelines for courts and law enforcement agencies in the use of wiretapping, eavesdropping and surveillance when a child under the age of eighteen is a party to the recording. HB 139 provides that it shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously and intentionally intercept communications from a cellular radio telephone without the consent of all parties to the communication.
